Simon Kim is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at TSE Inc since July 2021, Simon previously held the same title at COWI NA from February 2018 to January 2020. Simon’s career also includes a significant tenure as Senior Vice President at AECOM from December 2007 to January 2018, and as Associate Vice President at HNTB from September 2000 to September 2007. Simon holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, completed between 1989 and 1991.
