Nadira Sheik has a strong background in finance and control, with experience in overseeing financial reporting, taxation, payroll functions, acquisitions, and internal controls. Nadira has held roles as a Finance Director, Group Financial Controller, Director of Finance Control, and Senior Manager of Finance & Control. Nadira has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and is affiliated with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). With a focus on accuracy and compliance with IFRS, Nadira has effectively managed financial processes, team activities, and external audits in various companies such as Tsebo Solutions Group, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and SABMiller.
