Evgeny Zavalich is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Service Contract Manager at TSCNET Services GmbH since August 2021. Prior to this role, Evgeny worked as a Legal Counsel at Emerson Automation Solutions from December 2011 to December 2020, focusing on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and analyzing various agreements globally. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at Gazprom, where responsibilities included representing the company in court and managing gas transportation contracts. Evgeny holds a Master of Laws in Information Technology Law from Leibniz Universität Hannover and participated as an exchange student in the Master of IP and ICT Law program at KU Leuven.
