Volodymyr Kyrylov is an experienced Chief Engineer who has worked on various ship rebuilding projects for DSV and ROV operations. Volodymyr has a Bachelor's degree in Navigation and a Master's degree in Marine Engineering. Kyrylov has also been involved in delivering ships and barges and has a background in drill ship operations.
