Ramola Bhandarkar is an accomplished regulatory affairs professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Regulatory Affairs at TScan Therapeutics since March 2024, Ramola has previously held senior positions at Omega Therapeutics, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President and Head of Regulatory Affairs, as well as Vice President. At bluebird bio, Ramola advanced from Senior Director of Regulatory Science to leading regulatory strategy for the Oncology Business Unit and serving as Global Regulatory Lead for Abecma. Earlier experiences include roles at ImmunoGen, Inc., Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Cephalon, and Organon, where Ramola focused on oncology programs and regulatory affairs. Ramola holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Pune University, a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs from Temple University, and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
