Paolo Pagano is currently working as a software developer at Elma Research since January 2024. Prior to this, Paolo held the position of SQL / C# Programmer at SEFIN SPA from September 2022 to February 2023. Paolo also served as a Secretary and Programmer at XCHANGING ITALY S.P.A. from November 2008 to January 2021, with a transition to the General Secretariat in 2014. Earlier in their career, Paolo worked as a Programmer at I&T Servizi from 2004 to 2006 and at Microsys from April 2001 to May 2004. Paolo graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Como branch) in 2001.
