Yury Sushentsov has over 15 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Yury has worked in various roles including Project Manager and General Director at TSC Offshore Group, Sales Assistant at DRILLMEC S.p.A., Logistics Manager at Cameron, Sales and Marketing Manager at Canrig Drilling Technology Ltd. & Westco Intl., Sales Manager at Vallourec @ Eurotube Gmbh, and Marketing & Technical Support Manager at Baker Hughes. Throughout their career, they have been involved in sales of oilfield equipment and parts, providing technical sales support, interacting with logistics and customs brokers, preparing commercial and technical offers, translating technical documentation, participating in tenders, coordinating commissioning operations, and winning contracts for drilling equipment. Yury has also been responsible for logistics management and marketing and technical support.

Yury Sushentsov completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Samara State Technical University, from 1988 to 1993.

Prior to that, they attended School No.2 Rechitsa for their earlier education, from 1978 to 1988.
