Lucas Weidman is a seasoned quality engineer currently employed at T&S Brass since August 2018. Prior experience includes roles at Yash Solutions LLC as a PSP and at GE Power as a process quality engineer. Lucas's tenure at GE Transportation spanned from October 2010 to April 2016, where responsibilities included manufacturing engineering and leading lean projects that optimized assembly processes. Additional experience was gained at GE Energy Connections as a fabrication supervisor, overseeing various manufacturing operations, and at Chrysler Group Global Electric Motorcars, where Lucas supervised a lean automotive production line. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
