Mike Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio and program management within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at TSB Bank since July 2020, Mike has spearheaded change initiatives focused on operational cost reduction, managing significant investment projects totaling £6m in 2022. Prior to this, Mike operated as a Freelance Programme Manager at MD Hill Consulting LTD, where notable achievements included leading the Open Banking Delivery for TSB. Mike's career also includes a role as Consulting Manager at Accenture, overseeing strategic payments systems, and an industrial placement at Microsoft working on key design projects for public sector organizations.
