Francesc "Fran" Escoda is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in IT delivery and platform management across various sectors. Currently serving as Platform Technical Lead at TSB Bank since August 2020, responsibilities include leading engineering teams through large-scale projects, ensuring platform objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, and overseeing an agile transformation. Prior roles include Director at Banco Sabadell, where oversight of IT delivery for TSB channels was a primary focus, and Global IT Delivery Director at Indra, managing multiple software factories across several countries. Additional experience spans software development and technical leadership positions in various organizations, starting with early career roles as a Software Engineer. Francesc holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
