Meaghan Clune has over 10 years of professional experience in customer service, operations, and event management. In 2021, they began their role as Customer Experience Manager at Sparrow, where they lead the Internal Operations team to develop and improve processes and streamline operations. Meaghan also trains new hires to ensure mastery of the leave management process and relevant programs. Previously, they were the General Manager at TIRED HANDS BREWING CO LLC from 2016-2021, where they lead a team of 30 employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. From 2013-2016, they worked as a Bartender & Server at Local 44 & Strangelove's Beer Bar and a Sales Clerk at Beer Table Pantry from 2012-2013. From 2012-2013, they also worked as an Administrative Assistant at New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts and an Events Manager for Tuatara Brewery Fundraiser at ZEALANDIA Ecosanctuary. From 2010-2012, they were an Employment Case Manager at Marrakech, Inc., where they worked with a caseload of up to 20 people to provide support and develop skills to gain competitive employment.
Meaghan Clune received their Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Counseling from Drexel University between 2006 and 2010.
