Acey Kaspar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1999, they began their career at Dana Holding Corporation, starting as a Product & Manufacturing Engineering Manager and later becoming a Plant Manager. In 2014, they moved on to ACAT Global, where they served as the General Manager for Canadian Operations. Following this, they joined DENSO as an Engineering Manager from 2015 to 2017. In the same year, they also took on the role of Director of Engineering & Quality Assurance at Slacan Industries until 2021. During their tenure at Slacan, in 2017, they established Kaspar Environmental Engineering as a Managing Partner. At this company, they designed and implemented waste diversion programs and utilized Lean Manufacturing Techniques with Sustainability Management. Continuing their career progression, Acey joined Trylon as a Product Engineering Manager in 2021. Currently, they are the Managing Partner at Kaspar Cleaning Services as of 2023.

Acey Kaspar completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Waterloo from 1993 to 1998. Additionally, Acey Kaspar obtained the certification of Professional Engineer (P.Eng) from Professional Engineers Ontario in July 2001. They also earned P.Eng certifications from Engineers and Geoscientists BC in November 2022 and from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) in January 2023. Moreover, Acey Kaspar acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2017.
