Sameera Shaboodien is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Team Leader Recruitment at Truworths since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sameera held various positions at Scatec ASA from January 2019 to October 2022, including Recruitment Advisor and HR Advisor for Sub Saharan Africa. Sameera's earlier experience includes serving as Group HR Business Partner at Independent Media (Pty) Ltd from January 2015 to December 2018. Sameera holds a B.Com Honours in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Western Cape, completed between 2004 and 2009, and graduated from Wynberg Girls High School in 2003.
