Adi Unnithan is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Truveta since November 2020, Adi previously held multiple roles at Microsoft, including Principal Software Engineer, where contributions were made to projects such as EmpowerMD, Outlook Labs, and Power BI. Adi has demonstrated expertise in developing real-time streaming media solutions, ML deployment infrastructure, and advanced data visualization technologies. Earlier career experiences include founding a startup focused on educational applications, internships at IBM and Microsoft, and significant contributions to open-source projects. Adi holds a B.S. with Honors in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
