Sarah Freeark has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sarah began their career as an intern at JWT INSIDE in 2006 and then worked as an Account Intern at Inferno in 2007. Sarah returned to JWT INSIDE as a Creative Services Intern later that year. In 2008, they joined JWT INSIDE as Creative Services + Project Management, where they managed staffing levels, budget timelines, and project milestones for the Los Angeles region. Sarah'srole expanded to oversee assignments for the Seattle and Chicago region as well.
In 2009, Sarah joined Deutsch LA as an Associate Broadcast Traffic Manager and grew into the role of Senior Broadcast Traffic Manager within five years. Sarah managed the clearance and delivery of TV and radio commercials and trained junior team members. Sarah received the Beethoven Award for their contributions to the agency and clients.
From 2016 to 2018, Sarah worked at BuzzFeed as part of the Branded Content Operations team. Sarah optimized processes and developed timelines, creative guidelines, and budgets to ensure efficient production pipeline. Sarah partnered with various teams to scale production capabilities.
Sarah joined Planned Parenthood Federation of America in 2018 as part of the Creative Project Management team. Sarah built project management processes from scratch and managed projects, workflows, and resourcing. Sarah focused on shaping Planned Parenthood's brand story and advocacy approach for sexual and reproductive health care and education.
In 2020, Sarah joined Rosetta Stone as Brand Creative Operations + Project Management. Sarah developed and launched strategic initiatives to enhance marketing and branding campaigns across various platforms, resulting in the successful completion of over 1000 projects in one year.
Currently, they serve as the Senior Brand Manager at Truth Initiative. Starting in 2021, they are responsible for overseeing brand marketing efforts. In 2023, they were promoted to Director, Brand Marketing.
Sarah Freeark earned their Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Psychology from Boston University. Sarah attended the university from 2004 to 2007.
