George Pearson, PhD, currently serves as Research Manager at Truth Initiative since April 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating internal evaluation projects, managing external collaborations, leading research activities, and co-authoring manuscripts for peer-reviewed publication. Previously, George was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania from March 2021 to January 2023, focusing on project development and regulatory documentation. A Senior Data Analyst at ZeroLight from September 2020 to March 2021, George conducted data case studies and collaborated with UX teams. As a Research Associate and Senior Lecturer at The Ohio State University from August 2014 to June 2020, George managed a media lab and designed courses on research methods. Notably, George also freelanced in web and graphic design, served as a Community Relations Officer for the Council of the Isles of Scilly, and volunteered in various journalistic roles. George holds a PhD in Communication and a Master's Degree in English Language & Politics.
