Paul Harstrom has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Paul started their career as a Prepress Operations Director at Discount Labels in 1992, where they specialized in Flexographic and Digital Printing for the Quick Print Market. Paul then moved on to roles such as Senior Vice President of Operations at Whitlam Label Company and later as Executive Vice President of Operations at The Color Place.

In 2013, Paul joined Vivid Impact as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they focused on improving individual and organizational accountability, leading to growth and profitability. Paul also served as the Senior Vice President of People and Culture and became a Certified Facilitator by Partners In Leadership, utilizing their HR skills in areas such as strategic planning and talent training.

Paul also held positions in the manufacturing industry as the Chief Operating Officer at Axis Machine and Tool and Action Material Handling. Paul then transitioned to become the Fractional Chief Servant Leader at Executive Elevator in 2018.
