Noah Sheer is an experienced Customer Success Manager currently working at Trustwell since February 2023, where responsibilities include cultivating customer communication and conducting yearly business reviews to ensure satisfaction. Prior to this, Noah held a similar role at FoodLogiQ from March 2022 to February 2023. Noah has a substantial background in the hospitality industry, having served as Assistant General Manager at Barcelona Wine Bar & Restaurant and as Outlet Manager for Nuvole Rooftop TwentyTwo with McKibbon Hospitality, where contributions included developing a unique food and beverage concept. Experience also includes managing teams and operations at Graduate Athens, Maverick Southern Kitchens, The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa, and The Biltmore Company across various dining establishments. Noah holds a BS in Restaurant and Hospitality Management and an AOS in Culinary Arts from New England Culinary Institute, alongside a high school diploma from New Hampton School.
