Previously, Jim held significant roles including Solutions Engineer for EMEA at Proficio, Senior Systems Engineer & Team Lead at Secureworks, and Lead Security Solutions Architect at Telstra. With extensive experience managing sales cycles for Managed Security Services across various companies, including Secureworks and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Jim has developed a strong expertise in deal qualification, RFI and RFP responses, and technical account management. A co-founder of Global Secure Systems, Jim has been integral in shaping security consultancy and managed services within the industry, showcasing a robust career in IT security spanning several decades.
