Thomas Daniel Vermeulen possesses extensive experience in fraud investigations and data management. Currently serving as Director of Fraud & Investigations at Trustpilot since September 2018, Vermeulen's career includes roles such as Head of Fraud & Investigations and Fraud Investigator. Prior to Trustpilot, Vermeulen managed data quality and customer services in the Benelux region at aPureBase, and held positions within the Dutch Police Force, focusing on policy development and implementation. Additional experiences include sports therapy for psychiatric patients, teaching physical education in Zambia, and project management in hotel security. Vermeulen holds a Bachelor of Policing from the Police Academy and a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
