Marybeth Flack, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in developing talent strategies and driving organizational goals. Currently serving as Sr HR Director and Business Partner at Trustmark since July 2020, Marybeth collaborates with business leadership to define strategic HR plans and act as a change agent. Previous roles include Executive Relationship Manager at ADP and Senior Manager, HR Consultant at Discover Financial Services, where Marybeth delivered HR solutions and provided leadership expertise to executive teams. With a solid foundation in HR consultancy as the owner of G2 Strategies LLC, Marybeth specializes in various HR areas, including organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Marybeth holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Ottawa University and a Bachelor’s degree in Family Health and Human Services from Northern Illinois University.
