Randall Reid is an experienced technology professional currently serving as a Platform Application Architect at TRUSTiiN since November 2018, where the focus is on enhancing the Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS) platform for improved crowd-sourced testing solutions. Previously, Randall held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Intelligent Mechatronic Systems from November 2017 to April 2018, where guidance was provided to development teams using Agile methodologies to prioritize customer-driven initiatives. As IoT Platform Architect at Istuary Innovation Group from March 2017 to October 2017, Randall coordinated global teams to deliver a successful prototype for IoT solutions. Additionally, a long tenure from June 1996 to March 2017 at PTC included roles as Technical Fellow and Java Software Architect. Randall holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of the West Indies, Mona.
