Rich LaBarca has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rich is currently the Chief Product & Technology Officer at TrustEngine, where they are responsible for building a Borrower Intelligence Platform that helps lenders drive loan volume and assist borrowers in making better financial decisions. Prior to this, they served as a Strategic Advisor at Virtru and Co-Founder & Board Member at Building Optics LLC.

In their previous roles at Microsoft, Rich LaBarca transformed a 250-person product & engineering team into an organization ready to scale and grew revenue by 50%. Rich also played a key role in repositioning Dynamics 365 Customer Insights as a Leader in the CDP space.

During their time at Oracle, they held various VP of Product positions and led Oracle's effort in digital identity and advertising. Rich was responsible for defining Oracle's future of digital identity and driving the profitability of the audience data P&L.

Before their roles at Microsoft and Oracle, Rich LaBarca worked at AddThis where they co-created and led a global-scale marketing personalization and insights platform. Rich also played a crucial role in AddThis' successful acquisition by Oracle. Additionally, they served as a Senior Engineer, contributing to the development of Clearspring's audience segmentation and targeting platform.

Earlier in their career, they co-founded AdHoc Mobile LLC and Tomo Software Inc, where they played key roles in developing mobile ad servers and cross-platform technologies. Rich also worked as a Research Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University and as a Senior Developer at CASurgica Inc.
