Martin Poole has a wealth of experience in the finance industry. Martin began their career in 2006 as an Assurance Professional at Grant Thornton. Martin then moved to the Spotless Group in 2009, where they held roles such as Financial Controller UK, Business Partner UK, Management Accountant, and Financial Accountant. In 2014, they joined Inspiring Learning as Group Financial Controller, Head of Finance - Kingswood, and Head of Finance. Most recently, in 2019, they joined TrustedHousesitters as CFO and Head of Finance.

Martin Poole attended The University of Sheffield from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Accounting and Financial Management with a focus in Finance. Martin then attended ICAEW from 2006 to 2009, but did not obtain a degree. In October 2019, they obtained the Introduction to Private Equity Level 1 certification from THE BRITISH PRIVATE EQUITY AND VENTURE CAPITAL ASSOCIATION.
