Michal Szymanski has extensive work experience in various roles and positions.

In 1999, they worked as a Software Architect and Technical Project Manager at Lufthansa Systems Poland. Michal continued this role until 2005 when they took on the position of Project Manager at GE Money Bank.

From 2000 to 2001, Michal worked as a Java Designer at Lido AeroNet, a division of Lufthansa.

In 2007, they became the R&D Manager and Software Architect at Aiton Caldwell SA. In this role, they were responsible for developing software architecture, coordinating the work of a DevOps team, managing R&D projects, and collaborating with customers. Michal continued this role until 2014.

Starting in 2015, Michal worked as a Project Manager and IT consultant at Apator Telemetria. Their responsibilities included managing projects and providing IT consulting services.

From 2017 to 2019, they were the Development Manager at Finastra, where they managed a team of 30 developers and coordinated the development of Scrum teams in London, Paris, and Gdynia.

In 2019, Michal joined Sanasens as a Software Architect, a position they held until 2021.

Most recently, in 2021, they became the Co-founder and CTO of Trusted Twin.

Michal Szymanski holds a Master's Degree in Control Engineering from Gdansk University of Technology, which they obtained between 1994 and 1999. In 1998, they also pursued a European Master Degree Course in Control and Management of Lean Manufacturing in Network Systems at the same institution. Furthermore, in 2011, they enrolled in an MBA program with a focus on Strategic Leadership at Gdansk University of Technology.
