Mike Baldwin has extensive leadership experience in the business process outsourcing and receivables management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at ARMStrong RM and Altus Receivables Management since March 2020 and October 2018 respectively, Mike Baldwin previously held the role of Chief Customer Officer at iQor BPO from January 2012 to April 2014. Earlier positions include Chief Executive Officer of D&B RMS from January 2008 to January 2011, during which the business was sold to iQor BPO, and President of D&B RMS from January 2002 to January 2007. Mike Baldwin's career began as President of Market Data Retrieval, a D&B company, from January 1996 to January 2002.
