Katie Meissner

Katie Meissner has over 15 years of experience in roles related to data strategy, management, and analytics. Katie started their career at Target as a Merchandise Planning Business Analyst, where they analyzed market and consumer trends. Katie then moved on to Lorman Education Services as a Strategic Marketing Analyst, where they presented complex data-driven insights and forecasted program performance.

Katie then joined American Family Insurance and held various managerial positions. Katie served as an Analytics Strategist, developing analytics strategies and portfolios for key business partners. Katie also worked as an Advanced Analytics Strategy Manager, overseeing the integration of innovative analytical solutions. In their role as a Digital Transformation Manager, Katie led the development and integration of digital products and data science solutions. Katie also worked as a Data Science & Engineering Manager, overseeing the design and evaluation of customer-centric analytical solutions.

Currently, Katie works at TruStage as the Director of Consumer Data, where they are accountable for consumer data strategy and master data management. Katie has also held the position of Director of Enterprise Experience Data, where they were responsible for the integration and management of experience data.

Throughout their career, Katie has fostered cross-functional alignment and partnership to drive business value through data assets and capabilities. Katie has ensured strong alignment with business goals and objectives and provided data-driven guidance and recommendations to improve program performance. Katie has a strong track record of leveraging data to drive innovation and create value for organizations.

Katie Meissner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Investment Banking, and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2011 to 2013.
