Hebba Mahmoud has a strong background in project management, business analysis, and software development. From 2020 to present, they worked as the Director of Product Delivery at TruStage. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, they held the position of Technical Product Owner of Innovation at CUNA Mutual Group. From 2011 to 2019, Hebba held multiple roles at TASC, including Manager of Application Development, Senior Project Development Manager, and Senior Business Analyst. Hebba also has experience as a Software Quality Assurance Lead/Technical Analyst at ITWorx from 2005 to 2010 and as a GIS Developer at Esri Nederland from 2002 to 2004.

Hebba Mahmoud obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo from 1997 to 2002. Hebba then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed from 2020 to 2023.
