Tracy Scott has extensive experience in food service management and office administration. Currently serving as a CNP at Trussville City Schools since March 2021, Tracy previously held the same position at Jefferson County School System from July 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, an office administrator role was undertaken at Delta State University from September 2017 to April 2019. Tracy has also worked as an instructor for ServSafe Food Protection Manager from November 2014 to November 2017 and as a general manager at both Edgar's Bakery and Café, recognized as the #1 Bakery in Alabama, and Chicken Salad Chick. Earlier experience includes a general manager position at Whataburger between March 2011 and March 2015, with responsibilities encompassing customer service, daily operations, and team management. Additionally, from January 2007 to February 2011, Tracy worked as an office administrator at City Paper Company, managing embroidery and screen print departments.
