Neal Southwick is an accomplished professional with a strong background in financial support and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Financial Inclusion Programmes at The Trussell Trust since November 2019. Prior to this role, Southwick spent over a decade at Macmillan Cancer Support, where key positions included Integrated Financial Support Lead and Financial Support Programme Lead, focusing on developing and implementing strategies to mitigate the financial impact of cancer through national strategic partnerships across various sectors. Southwick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Modern History from The University of Manchester, earned between 1994 and 1997.
