Hannah Blair is an experienced Learning & Development Manager currently working at The Trussell Trust since April 2022. Previously, Hannah held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Avidity from July 2021 to December 2021, where responsibilities included developing the L&D strategy and managing the budget to ensure commercially viable learning interventions. Prior to Avidity, Hannah served as Head of Learning and Development at McCurrach from March 2008 to July 2021, also creating and delivering the L&D strategy and managing budgets. Additionally, Hannah worked as a Recruitment Manager at McCurrach, where recruitment strategies were designed and implemented in alignment with business objectives. Academically, Hannah holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Creative Writing and a Master of Arts (MA) in English Literature, both from the University of Glasgow.
