Susan Sharp, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Susan is currently working at Truss as a Sr Culture & Experience Program Manager since December 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Sr People & Culture Partner at Truss from April 2022 to December 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Talent Operations Lead at Truss from March 2020 to April 2022.
Before their tenure at Truss, Susan worked as an IT Manager at Wishes Family Travel since March 2013. In this role, they were responsible for creating and maintaining electronic HR records, web content for the corporate site, and a secure Agency portal.

Ltd. - APAC from 2003 to 2004, a Service Supervisor at AMC Theatres from July 2002 to September 2003, and an Operations Hostess and Vacation Planner at Walt Disney World from January 2001 to July 2002.
Susan Sharp, PHR, SHRM-CP, began their education at Delaware Technical Community College from 1999 to 2000, where they earned Some College Credits in General Studies. Susan then attended the University of Delaware in 2000-2001, studying Anthropology/Business but did not complete a degree.
In addition, Susan has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2022, they earned the Professional in Human Resources? (PHR?) certification from HRCI. In 2021, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Susan also holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, earned in 2021.
Prior to that, in 2020, Susan obtained the "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager" and "New Manager Foundations" certificates from LinkedIn. In 2019, they completed the Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America.
