Sanjay Satagopan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sanjay is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Truss, starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Product Manager at Juvare from October 2018 to May 2021. Before that, they worked at VMware as a Product Manager from September 2015 to September 2018.

Sanjay also has experience at other companies including AirSage, where they worked as a Development Manager from December 2013 to June 2015. Sanjay also served as a Senior Manager at Ciena, leading a verification team for the development of an OpenFlow compatible optical ethernet switch. Sanjay fulfilled various roles at Ciena, including Principal Engineer from December 2011 to November 2012 and Lead Engineer from April 2007 to December 2011.

Prior to their time at Ciena, Sanjay worked as a Systems Engineer at ForHealth Technologies from August 2005 to April 2007. Sanjay also served as a Sr. Engineer at CIENA Corporation from June 2000 to July 2005.

Sanjay's early work experience includes being a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Tech Research Institute from October 1999 to May 2000. Throughout their career, Sanjay has demonstrated skills in product management, team leadership, development management, and engineering.

Sanjay Satagopan holds an MBA degree from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2000. Sanjay's undergraduate education was at Cornell University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from 1995 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Sanjay Satagopan has acquired several certifications. In June 2016, they obtained the Pragmatic Marketing - Level III certification from Pragmatic Marketing. Sanjay also holds the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they received in May 2013. Alongside that, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance during the same month and year.
