Courtney Eimerman-Wallace

Courtney Eimerman-Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Creative Technologist at iStrategyLabs. Courtney then moved on to BlueLabs: Analytics, Data, Technology, where they served as a Technical UX Lead from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, they joined the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee as a Product Manager, UI/UX, before transitioning to the United States Digital Service in 2016, where they worked as a Digital Service Expert and Lead UX Architect until 2017.

Courtney then became the Director of Product Development & UX Engineering at Color Of Change from 2017 to 2018. Following that, they assumed the role of Technical Product Manager at tEQuitable from 2018 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Lead Product Engineer at Alloy. Courtney also served as a Process Automation Consultant at Scalable Systems in 2019.

In 2020, Courtney worked as a Technology Expert (Contractor) for Higher Ground Labs. Most recently, they joined Truss in 2021 as a Senior Product Manager and later became the Product Lead for MilMove.

Courtney Eimerman-Wallace began their education at the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Nursing Science. Courtney then attended the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine-Chicago from 2008 to 2011, focusing on Nutrition and Oriental Medicine. In terms of additional certifications, Courtney obtained the PowerMBA from ThePowerMBA in June 2020, the Product Management Foundations certification from the Product Institute in 2018, and the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance in November 2020.
