Carmen Bocanegra is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Director of Federal Portfolios, Health & Human Services at Truss since April 2019. Carmen has held various roles within the organization, including Director of Design-Research and Senior Manager of Design and Research. Prior to Truss, Carmen worked at Moda Health as a UX designer from November 2017 to March 2019 and held the position of Director of Experience Strategy and Design at Almighty from March 2014 to May 2016. Carmen's earlier career included roles as a Senior Experience Designer at Mullen Lowe U.S. in 2014 and multiple positions at McKinney from 2005 to 2013, progressing from Interactive Production Coordinator to Experience Designer. Carmen holds a degree in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University and certifications in Interior Design from the Heritage School of Interior Design.
