John Ford is the Chief Product & Revenue Officer at Trusaic since September 2019, overseeing product development and go-to-market strategies for various portfolio segments, including Workplace Equity, ACA Compliance, and Tax Credits & Incentives. Previously, John held the position of Director of Product Development & Sales at Trusaic, where responsibilities mirrored those of the current role. Prior to Trusaic, John worked at First Capitol Consulting from June 2013 to September 2019 in several capacities, ultimately serving as Director of Product Development, leading product strategy and development initiatives across workforce management solutions. John's earlier roles include Manager of Product & Services in HR/Workforce Analytics and Sr. Consultant in HR Analytics & Compliance. John began the career as HR Consultant at ACT-1 Group and holds a BSc in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Oregon State University.
