Marcelo Campos is an experienced professional in service delivery and project management, currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at 1GLOBAL since July 2021, overseeing a global team and defining strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at eProseed, focusing on Oracle technology projects, and Customer Operations Manager at Cisco, where significant relationships were developed with key Brazilian service providers. Marcelo's career also includes post-sales management positions at Alcatel and Newbridge Networks, along with a foundational role as a Technical Support Engineer and Trainer at Moddata.
