Alicja Kwiecien-Souza has been with Truphone since June 2017, serving as a Sales Operations Analyst and previously as a Service Delivery Manager for the Polish and Spanish markets, as well as a Customer Service Agent for Polish, Spanish, and English markets. Prior to this, Alicja worked as an English Foreign Language teacher at Instituto Mindset from October 2016 to February 2017. Alicja holds a Master's degree in Management from Kozminski University, completed in June 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from both Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie (2013-2016) and Universidad de Málaga (2014-2015).
