Alec Thomas possesses extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, currently serving as the Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting at Trupanion since October 2020. Prior roles at Trupanion include Senior Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager. Before joining Trupanion, Alec held various positions at KPMG US from January 2015 to September 2020, advancing from Audit Associate to Senior Audit Associate and ultimately to Audit Manager. Alec earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the UW Foster School of Business, completing the program in 2014.
