Claudio Santopietro is a seasoned professional in the software sales and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Smart Factory Consulting Manager at TRUMPF North America since June 2019. In this role, Claudio defines annual targets, reviews pricing strategies, and manages a sales team to enhance software portfolio knowledge and sales strategies for the NAFTA market. Prior to TRUMPF, Claudio held various positions at Amada Engineering Europe srl, including European Product Manager for laser and CAM software, Engineering Consultant, and Senior Engineering Consultant. With extensive experience in customer support, software installation, and training across multiple companies, along with a foundation in CAD design and CNC programming, Claudio brings a wealth of expertise in software solutions for the manufacturing industry. Claudio's education includes technical studies at Istituto Tecnico Industriale “G. B. Lucarelli” and additional training in Neurolinguistic Programming.
