Colin Reid has a diverse work experience, with a focus on data engineering and software development. Colin currently works at Trumid as a Lead Engineer, Data & Intelligence, a role they have held since January 2023. Before this, they were a Senior Data Engineer at Trumid from August 2021 to January 2023. Prior to joining Trumid, Colin worked at Telstra Ventures as a Senior Data Engineer from August 2019 to July 2021. Colin also has experience at Uber, where they held various roles including Software Engineer from July 2016 to July 2019, Product Operations Specialist from October 2015 to July 2016, and Operations and Logistics Manager from April 2014 to September 2015. Colin began their career at Deloitte Consulting, where they worked as a Consultant, Strategy and Operations from December 2012 to February 2014.

Colin Reid holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics, which they attained from The Johns Hopkins University in the years 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their BA in International Studies and Spanish at the University of Mississippi from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, in 2009, Colin spent a brief period at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba in the field of Political Science and International Relations, and in 2008 they participated in an Intensive Spanish summer program at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
