Nichelle Miller serves as the HR Director of People Operations at Trulieve since August 2021, specializing in field people operations and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Nichelle held the HR Director of People Operations position at Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc., until the company's acquisition by Trulieve in October 2021. Nichelle's earlier experience includes a tenure at Shamrock Foods Company in a Human Resources capacity from May 2015 to August 2021. Nichelle Miller earned a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, English from Arizona State University.
