Charlie Cervantes has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. They started their career in 2007 as a Secretary/Administrative & Accountant Assistant at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. In 2008, they worked as an Art & Design Assistant at MOX STUDIO, followed by a role as a Production & Art Assistant at CINENOMADA in 2008-2009. They then joined Huawei Technologies as a CEG Buyer from 2009 to 2010. In 2010-2011, Charlie worked as a Commercial Manager at GRUPO MIMCO. From 2011 to 2022, they worked at ProcessMaker in various sales management roles, including Territory Sales Manager USA/CANADA, Inside Sales Manager EMEA/Asia-Pac, and Senior Sales Manager, overseeing North America, EMEA, and Apac regions. In 2022, Charlie became an Independent Sales Consultant before joining TruLab, Inc. in February 2023 as a Site Engagement Manager. Their work experience is characterized by sales management, client coordination, contract negotiation, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.

Charlie Cervantes pursued higher education in two different institutions. From 1997 to 2004, they attended Universidad Católica Boliviana and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on general studies. From 2009 to 2011, they furthered their education at Universidad de Leon, where they earned a Master's degree in Strategic Management specialized in Marketing.
