Cynthia Lucas is a Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Truist since April 2012, specializing in IT Change Management with a focus on software version management, release management, and enterprise workflow solutions. With strong analytical skills, Cynthia effectively addresses process, people, and technology challenges to drive business change while minimizing costs and risks through mainframe-quality software configuration and change management (SCCM). Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Configuration & Change Management Analyst/Defect Coordinator at RBC Bank (USA) from March 2000 to June 2012, where Cynthia facilitated defect status meetings and coordinated cross-functional support for the launch of the new banking platform. Cynthia also has over twenty years of expertise in fine-tuning software change management practices and has performed various administrative roles related to software configuration and management. Cynthia holds an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Information Technology from Nash Community College.
