Ashley Jernigan, MAI, AI-GRS, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in valuation and advisory services. Currently serving as Vice President at Truist since October 2016, Ashley transitioned to this position following the merger of SunTrust and BB&T in 2019. Prior to Truist, Ashley was a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps from November 2010 to October 2016, having joined the firm through the acquisition of American Appraisal. Ashley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, earned in 2009.
