Stephen Guilfoil, CCIE, has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 15 years in the technology industry. Stephen began their career in 2004 at Ajilon Consulting, where they served as a Technical Support Specialist. In 2005, they joined ShoreGroup, starting as a Cisco Unified Communications Engineer and later transitioning to the role of Cisco Unified Contact Center Engineer. Stephen worked there until 2016, during which they also became a Lead Engineer in High-Touch Technical Support.

In 2016, Stephen Guilfoil moved to Optanix and continued to excel in various roles. Stephen first served as a Lead Engineer in High-Touch Technical Support from 2016 to 2017. Stephen then became a Lead Engineer specializing in Technology Instrumentation until 2019.

Currently, Stephen Guilfoil is leveraging their extensive experience and expertise as the Director of Engineering at Truiem since July 2019.
