Carlos Garcia is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in quality assurance and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at TRUEXTEND since January 2012, Carlos has held various roles within the company, including Manager and Offshore QC Consultant at Complete Genomics Inc. Carlos's previous positions include QA Manager at truesoft inc, QA Lead at Jalasoft, and Chief of Systems and Marketing departments at Plaxburg S.R.L., showcasing a strong background in team leadership, training, and website development. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Mayor de San Simón and has additional education from Universidad Católica Boliviana.
