David Ely has extensive experience in program management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Truestone LLC since October 2008. Prior to this role, David owned and managed Aussie Pet Mobile Marin, a mobile pet grooming business, from March 2008 to May 2011. David's career in the United States Coast Guard spanned from 1982 to 2008, where roles included Chief of MLCPAC, Cutterman, C4IT Manager, and various leadership positions aboard 270-foot cutters, alongside specialization in secure communications and electronics/IT management. David holds an MS in Telecommunications Systems Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a BS in Marine Science from the US Coast Guard Academy.
