Frank Rosario has extensive experience in patient care and customer service. Currently employed as a Patient Care Coordinator at TrueShore since November 2018, Frank manages appointments and verifies insurance benefits for a neurologist office in New York. Additionally, Frank has worked as a Customer Service Agent at Alorica since February 2014 and previously held the position of Aux Mantenimiento de Prestamos y Certificados at Banco Dominicano del Progreso from January 2007 to May 2013, where responsibilities included loan and certificate maintenance, as well as credit card portfolio verification. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial and Advertising Art from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, along with certifications in Commercial and Advertising Broadcasting and Communication from Alfio Lora and Escuela Nacional de Locucion Prof. Otto Rivera.
