Josh Drinkard has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as a Server at Akita Japanese Steak House in 2016. Here they were promoted within 6 months and delegated and supported other serving staff shifts. Josh then moved on to become a Marketing Assistant at One and Only BBQ in 2019, where they led the creation of online marketing material and optimized Google AdSense. This led to the restaurant showing up as #2 "BBQ restaurant" on Google search. In the same year, they took on the role of Sales Development Representative at Altomar Inc, where they researched customers, identified decision-makers, educated prospects, and qualified buying interest and sense of urgency. In 2021, they became a Quality Assurance Specialist at Mass Markets, where they coordinated and led weekly audits for client-facing teams and updated response macros for customer service agents. Finally, they are currently a Sales Development Representative at Trueline.
Josh Drinkard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi in 2019. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Marketing Communications from Northwest Mississippi Community College between 2014 and 2017.
